every once in a while it starts to squeak for a few seconds (probably a bearing fault). The drive works, but it's not pleasant when I have the NAS in the room where I sleep. Moreover, it doesn't give much confidence that the disc is 100% fine (I don't know if this could be a bug of the CMR variant, which has completely disappeared from Alza).
