I chose Lux after reading a test in dTest magazine. This vacuum cleaner in its (but not only) price category absolutely dominates and there is nothing to compare it with in the test. The dTest states that it is noisier - I'm used to a (apparently) very noisy corded floor vacuum, the Samsung on the other hand was a nice change to something quieter. What's definitely worth mentioning in the noise is the frequency - the Samsung makes a sound that's not unpleasant to the ears. You can hear the vacuum cleaner when you vacuum, but it doesn't make your head spin. Where the vacuum cleaner excels according to dTest is the quality of the filter. That was the absolutely key factor for me. So I don't have to worry that after vacuuming, most of the dust from the floor will end up in the air again and I will breathe it in. My personal experience is excellent.
The vacuum cleaner is hanging on the wall connected to the socket through the charging station. With its mobility and power, there's nothing easier than taking it off the wall immediately when I need to quickly vacuum something, either from the floor or using the "longer brush" attachment from the surface of furniture or objects.
I've tried all the attachments except the pet hair one since I bought it and they seem to work well. I have no complaints. I am completely satisfied with the vacuum performance. Just one swipe and it picks up all the dust and mess from the ground. In boost mode, this is also true for a large amount of clutter.
The attachments are easy to change and when not in use, all of them (except the "animal" one) are fixed in the power station on the wall. It lasts more than 5 minutes on a single charge in boost mode, I have verified this myself. But I usually use the middle, "normal" mode and then the flashlight is enough to vacuum the whole apartment. I would definitely appreciate a longer power cord. The one in the package has a length corresponding to the situation when you hang the station directly at the socket. I would need a cable at least 2 meters long. I couldn't disconnect the cable from the adapter, so I'm going to solve it by extending the other end - the one that plugs into the station. At least if I can find the right reduction/extension.
