I ordered a white strap, it came grey if I didn't need to use the watch immediately so I would have made a complaint but unfortunately. not only that for ordering a quite expensive samsung watch 5, it was not mentioned that the strap is size M/L so I had to find a new strap and not a cheap one. for more expensive watches I would strap in the package extra e.g. at Apple. I was quite disappointed and instead of white they sent a grey one and even more so the pulleys like in watches with loops
