How I got into Samsung: I overlooked that Apple pushed an update on my iPad from iOS 18.7 to iOS 26 with the new Liquid Glass design. And all hell broke loose. Slow animation, inconsistent rounded corners, poorly felt text on transparent elements, inconsistent space management. In short, suffering. And you can't downgrade back. I lasted a day and then ordered this Galaxy Tab. And it's a joy. Half a year ago I switched from iPhone 16 Pro to Google Pixel 9 Pro, and there was practically no day when I regretted it, and this experience seems similar to me so far. Everything is running like clockwork, the system is fine-tuned, the AI is finally useful, great integration of AI services, a stiff price tag. On the tablet, I mainly save photos from large cameras during my travels, sometimes I edit something in Lightroom Mobile, otherwise I read websites, books, watch videos. If I need to edit video, there are more and better apps on Apple, just like if I were a pro illustrator. But for my use case, the application base on Android tablets is sufficient, and the overall experience is much better with this premium tablet so far. If you are afraid of switching from Apple, according to my - now double - experience it is no problem, within a few hours I have everything on the new device and everything works like clockwork. and I don't really have a small ecosystem: -). And I almost forgot, the Galaxy Tab S11 has great sound and display. videos are a joy.
