S tabletem je vše v pořádku, je to skvělé zařízení.
Ale "customer care" od Samsungu je naprosto mizerná. Začátkem roku běžela cashback akce od Samsungu, která byla avizována i na cenovce na Alze s celkem výraznou slevou. Pro účast vyplníte formulář se všemi údaji, číslem účtu a dalšími náležitostmi. Po čase dorazí e-mail s potvrzením, že je vše OK a máte čekat na peníze.
A pak, celkově asi po měsíci a půl, přijde nenápadný e-mail s poznámkou "máte 7 dní na potvrzení vaší účasti", který samozřejmě spadne do spamu nebo se někde ztratí. Jaké další potvrzení po mně chcete po vyplnění deseti stránek formuláře? ;) Ten mail samozřejmě najdete až osmý den a máte po cashbacku. Působí to jako klamavá reklama, Samsungu. Ne že by šlo o tak zásadní částku, která by ovlivnila rozhodnutí o koupi, ale hořká pachuť zůstala. Do této značky se mi už znovu jít nechce
