The kettle is very noisy. Compared to the previous kettle (Russell Hobbs Buckingham), this "quiet" kettle is min. 10 dB noisier. The lid does not open fully, it just opens. In addition, it is fitted in about 2/3 of the hole. The plastic measuring cup inside is useless, it is not easy to remove. The lateral level indicator is unreliable with smaller amounts of water (it shows nothing for a long time, then suddenly jumps to higher values). Disappointing for us, we would definitely not recommend it.
