We bought it as a replacement for a vintage Zibro D112. The performance in all modes is really different compared to it. Moisture in critical areas (corner near the ceiling) has virtually disappeared. The laundry drying mode is excellent. Whereas before we spent almost two days over the winter dealing with one dryer, with Rohnson the clothes are ready for the closet in half a day. The volume of the tank is sufficient so that I don't have to run the water too often. However, I have reservations about the tank itself, resp. its implementation. Rohnson has been sparing with the material, the walls are slightly wavy. When I take it out and put it on, I feel like it's bound to crack somewhere. I'd also be more at ease if the full tank fuse switched on sooner than when it's full to the brim - it's really hard to carry across the flat. Last but not least, I miss being able to visually check the amount of water without having to drain the tank. The Zibro was better in this respect with a tank made of a robust transparent material. As for the noise level, it's not terrible. Sure, "laundry turbo" isn't on the ASMR level, but we don't need to beat ourselves up about it either. At the lowest speed we use the dehumidifier as a "white noise generator" for the youngest when he goes to bed after lunch. Theoretically, he could go all night, but the oldest one whines that the humming bothers her - the other two kids have no problem with it, neither do I. Speaking of dark: this model does not have backlit buttons. Switching modes, power or complete shutdown is done blindly by touch. Except for those few little things, we are very happy with Rohnson. So much so that we even got a second one.
