As several buyers before me have agreed, this is a lamp made of a bit of cheap plastic. However, this does not affect its functionality, which is really good. I would have one criticism: if you want to turn the lamp off, you need to repeatedly press the only control button it has. This means that it always lights up at the first colour (temperature) of light offered, followed by the second, then both together, then off and so on. At least it remembers the intensity of the light from past use.
In summary, it works (lights) well for the money, but you can tell the price is low.
