The wristband doesn’t do anything at all; at most, it measures your sleep and heart rate, and it recognises activities quite well. But that's it. The app is a disaster; you can’t make head nor tail of it. Overall, I’d say this device is a bit like a Xiaomi Mi Band that measures more accurately.
