To this I add that it is possible to send books via email, the last page read can sync to other devices and on the main page you can turn off the book offers to buy, which I could not set with kindle. Just what the amazon kindle can do, plus a lot of things better and a little extra. In addition, it includes Czech and thanks to the European manufacturer (Switzerland, the device is assembled in Thaiwan) we have better support here, so why not support Europe. As for speed, I don't feel it's any worse than the kindle (at least not the four year old one). Of course, it's not a tablet and the elink display is slow to redraw. However, even hundreds of books did not slow the device down noticeably. The disadvantages I can think of are more of a comparison to the newer and larger PocketBook 700 era. This one has a more modern design with the display flush with the reader, plus when compared side by side I find the display softer, sharper, just a little better. Plus, the large display allows you to have a larger font without it looking weird. It's also easier to hold the part on the right, however, I've gotten used to holding the reader in landscape, so it actually works out the same. They are almost no different in weight, and the 700 era has the option to add just the display cover as an accent, which I find practical. However, I intend to carry the reader around with me, so the smaller size is handy. 700 era went on, as a Christmas present.
