Although I ordered a new item, it was not even a returned or unwrapped discounted item, but a new full value item, the packaging was damaged. Someone unwrapped it, resealed it, and didn't even try to damage the box. It's a gift and the deadline is approaching, I won't be able to exchange it, but I'm dying to send it back. The quality of the delivery is dropping a lot.
