Weak headphone jack connection. After tripping over the cable of my connected headphones, my DualSense controller fell to the floor. The impact broke off the 3.5mm headphone jack, along with part of the solder pads from the motherboard. The controller itself still works, but I can no longer use the headphone output or charge via the bottom contacts. I was surprised that the jack is only held in place by soldered joints without sufficient mechanical reinforcement. In a similar accident, the motherboard itself can be damaged, which significantly complicates the repair. I would appreciate it if, in future generations of controllers, Sony paid more attention to the mechanical mounting of connectors, for example by using screws or a separate replaceable module.
