The product description states that it contains a sonic toothbrush and 2 REPLACEMENT heads, so obviously there should be 3 heads total, because spare simply means replacement. But Alza didn't acknowledge this and said. the case was dropped.
It cleans perfectly, it's a big difference compared to a normal brush.
