a big disappointment. The wave attachment that was the reason for the purchase is a tragedy. It has large holes at the bottom and most of the air therefore escapes there and does not go between the bristles into the hair. The advantage of the retractable bristles is spoiled by the wide flange of the swivel tip, which prevents the hair from sliding smoothly out of the attachment. The temperature range is lower and so the rest of the accessories don't deliver what they promise. What's more, for the price of new goods, I received a piece that had already been unpacked at least once, so I'm returning it.
