The dripper has the property that it only takes as much water from the water container as there are cups selected for making coffee. Cheaper or other devices work in such a way that they always use all the water in the tank and it is necessary to turn only the required amount of water. At first glance, water consumption according to cups looks like an advantage, the machine is " smarter", but the opposite is true. On the one hand, no one wants to leave old stagnant water in the tank, but above all, the strength of the coffee cannot be regulated by the amount of water supplied. If you like your coffee weaker than the engineers programming this machine' s dosage, you unfortunately have two obscure options: in the first round prepare fewer cups than will be drunk, and in the second round start the actual dripping of water (i. e. without grinding), or keep the grain container empty, and always use the measuring cup to add only as many grains as are needed for the desired strength and let the machine grind empty for a while each time. Note: the coffee strength can be set for each number of cups (1, 2, 3), but even the weakest option 1 creates very strong coffee. Overall this is a good dripper and if you like very strong coffee take the review as 5 stars, however I only gave 4 stars considering what was described and overall I would not buy this dripper again.

Great looking coffee machine at first sight, makes excellent coffee, great ability to play around with flavour by adjusting grind coarseness and strength of the drink. The timer is a great vex5, in the morning it prepares coffee on time, the possibility to choose how long the machine will heat the brewed drink. I do not regret the purchase, I would repeat again.
