The charger is OK, it doesn't have its own power supply, but you can connect any charger with USB-C or micro-USB. I didn't expect much from the batteries, but so far they can handle about 80 photos, so I'm satisfied.
I bought the Bundle less than three years ago. Just before the third anniversary, both batteries inflated almost simultaneously and that was it. It was especially unpleasant with the one that was in the camera - getting it out without damaging the DSLR was a huge pain. The original battery, which I bought at about the same time, has a capacity (endurance) of about 25% compared to when it was new, but it works happily on, even though Sony only gives a 6 month warranty on it.

Do not count on a long life beyond the warranty term. Or buy an extended warranty, otherwise the purchase makes no sense
The capacity of the batteries decreases with the number of charging cycles much faster than the original (about twice as fast)
The charger sometimes charges to less than 80%, which accelerates degradation
