Screws and dowels are useless, unless you're hanging it on the sadros. A normal 8 mm dowel is too thick for the screws (and the screw is short, it needs at least 70) so it will stretch. I would be afraid to put an electric or expensive guitar on the original screws. The solution for a few crowns, but you have to have it at home, which is not obvious in the case of black screws.
