I bought the item twice - first as unpacked - I couldn't get this piece to work at all (to make it transmit the signal from the guitar to the combo). I gave it a second chance and bought the goods as new. The new piece already transmits the signal at first good, but it adds noise to the signal (which is not there via cable). I will not give the device a third chance!
