Overall, I am very satisfied with the reader. Having all the Android apps on display with electronic ink is awesome, I don't understand that more companies don't offer similar devices. You can play chess or other games that don't rely on fast movement, learn languages, take notes, read the web, electronic newspapers and magazines, comics, manga, etc. and yet nothing shines in your eyes. Everything works quickly and briskly. Kindle can only do books, its web browser is pretty bad, and it can't do apps at all. I was disappointed with how dark the display is. My now about five year old Kindle reader has a noticeably whiter display. The version of the Onyx Go 7 with a color display is even darker according to YouTube reviews, so I'm glad I chose this black and white one. I got used to it, but right out of the box, it hit me in the eyes used to Kindle how dark the display was. I'm also bothered by the low battery life, I have to charge the reader every day or every other day, while I charge my Kindle about once every 2 months. I don't know why they didn't put a bigger battery in it.
Fast and agile device
Display does not glow, saves eyes
Android apps including games
Very low battery life
Much darker display than a few years old Kindle

It is lightweight and comfortable to hold in one hand. The buttons are easy to press and require no effort (unlike the Kobo Libra Color, which I originally bought but returned and bought the ONYX GO 7 WHITE, 7"). It has lots of settings and the ability to install apps via Google Play (some books can't be downloaded in formats like ePub and can only be used via publishers' apps, which is a huge plus for Google Play). Text is easy to read without backlighting, which saves battery. I'm satisfied.

I wanted to buy Boox readers before, I tried about two of them, but I returned all of them because they were very dark. When you get used to the paperwhite. However, this version pleased me and I find it "playable". Android reader is great if you have books in some overpriced app like Everand/Scribd. Ps: The white one is so beautiful that even complete strangers admired it 😄
small, light
fits the hand
subjectively, I have the impression of a big improvement compared to go 6, which I returned almost immediately after unpacking.
android
slightly darker display even in the black and white version, but against go 6 it is acceptable (black and white version, colour will probably never be for me).
It seems to me that it has less ghosting.

Personally, I am happy with the Onyx Go 7. It's just a big e-ink Android device, so I don't just use it for reading ebooks, but also for web browsing and other things (messenger, whatsapp, productivity apps). Some people may not like the "complexity" of the settings, but personally I am glad that it is possible to set the display and button behaviour for individual applications separately. What's missing to perfection is a more meaningful placement of physical elements on the reader and more RAM, although it can't be said that there's a problem with performance or crashing apps.
Very lightweight reader
Android with e-ink display
Quite a nimble device, for only having 4 GB of RAM
Physical page switching buttons can be set up for other purposes
Relatively poor battery life (max 2-3 days with heavy use)
Feels darker on the screen, but it's not terrible
Some may not be comfortable with the location of the power button and speaker
