Compared to my older Kindle Paperwhite, the battery life is shorter. After 11h 54m of reading time, I already had to charge it. It lasted a week with daily use before needing a charge, which isn't bad at all in my opinion, and as a Garmin owner, I'm used to different battery lives. It's more compact and lighter than the Kindle. I appreciate the magnetic mechanism on the back for a case, which works great. When Wi-Fi is on and I'm reading an English book where I'm frequently translating words, the battery drains much faster, but that's an expected and understandable phenomenon that doesn't bother me at all. Uploading books via BOOX drop is also great.

The option to install apps – Palmknihy for reading ebooks from libraries.
Choice of backlight tones. Warm for the evening.
The battery life is a bit short, but I don't mind that at all
The original BOOX reader app doesn't include, or I couldn't find, stats like how many minutes are left until the end of the chapter etc., like I had with my Kindle.

My first e-reader and I'm very satisfied. I like how open it is, meaning I don't have to rely on a closed system like Kindle, PocketBook, etc. Google Play works, so borrowing from Palmknihy via the library is no problem. BooxDrop is a super fast way to transfer books to the device, and you can also download fonts and send them over via BooxDrop. The battery life is superb considering it's an e-reader with an OS. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
battery life, even though it's an Android e-reader
box dropped
fits perfectly in the hand, not heavy
does not have a speaker for reading e-books

I was disappointed that the reader can't play audio, even though the seller stated this directly in the technical specifications.
Compact, with the option to install apps from the Google Play store.
The e-shop states: "The built-in speaker and microphone expand the reader's usability for listening to content and using compatible applications". The reader does not have a speaker! The information is not true.
The system is quite slow for the price.
It's discharging fast.
