RJ45 cat. 6/6a Chinese made, doesn't fit ftp cat 6. I had to throw all 100 of them away. then I ordered from alergo for half the price and there the goods are so good that I didn't have to throw either one away. surprisingly I bought several models RJ45 connector cat. 6/6a on alza, but not a single quality products
I need terminations for AWG23 cable, which is cat6. Unfortunately, this RJ45 connector is NOT Cat6 compatible. The connector is sold with an inner piece, into which the cables are inserted so that when tucked into the connector the cables fit exactly with the knives and the connector can be crimped correctly. Unfortunately, the inner part has small holes for the cores, the individual cores of the cat6 cable are a bit thicker than the cat5 cable and therefore cannot be inserted into the part. Installation without the inner part is not possible.
