I love this console but Nintendo is Nintendo. They will never admit that they have defective hardware. I’ve received my first unit with a defective ZR button, meaning that light presses on the button were not recognized by the Switch, only very firm ones. After getting a replacement, the same problem occurred right from the start, with exactly the same
button. I had to fix the problem myself by disassembling the joy-con and following a tutorial I found online. This really shouldn’t be the case after buying a rather expensive device. Buying a Nintendo hardware you never know what you’re gonna get, stick drift or defective buttons right from the start. Hence the 3-star review.

Generally say it's a good console, especially if you don't have a switch 1. I was about to buy Steam Deck, which is basically a portable PC, but the price for the console is higher and performance is worse comparing to switch2. Maybe some day Nintendo decide to focus on other features of the console such as browser, customization, themes, streaming platforms, music and so on. But for now it's just a gaming platform and nothing more. Still I don't regret of buying it, games are great and despite high price it's still worth it. In each exclusive game you can spend at least 50 hours, which is a good trade for 80$ (1.5$ per hour entertainment)
