I switched from the NIkon D5200, the difference is abysmal. It's incredible what a leap Nikon has made. Obviously there are quite a few years between these models, but it's still an ASP-C for advanced hobbyists. Yet it offers so much that even a professional who uses it as a second body need not be ashamed of it. I use it for landscape photography and enjoy it immensely
