As far as the camera is concerned, I’m happy with it so far. And I don’t know how anyone can say that files take a long time to download. I’ve got no problem with that. It’s true I’ve only had the camera for a short while, but I’m happy with it so far.
I have been using for a long time and so far still OK. I preferred not to upgrade the firmware yet due to the reviews. If I need to record I pull out the SD card and download on the PC. The application is practically unusable, max for first time setup.
The camera has overexposed night shots, for this reason it is almost impossible to read the RZ of the car in front of you.
Radar reporting not working
Impossible to adjust the camera angle continuously, it can only be done by the teeth and you have to choose a compromise between more hood or more sky.
I purchased the camera and it doesn't work when connected to power. The camera won't start. I tried plugging it into the USB-C in the car next to the mirror, then into the cigarette socket, and then into the computer at home. Okay, probably a defective piece. A day later my camera arrived new and has the same problem. It won't start or respond in any way. Obviously these are serial defective pieces.
The first time I turned it on with a new SD card, the camera shut down immediately. After powering on without the card, it wanted to update the FW, but it can't without the SD card. I tried multiple SD cards and finally found one with which the camera stayed on and the FW went to update. After that, there was no problem with the new large card purchased with the camera.

Although there is a USB-C connector on the camera, it needs USB-A for power, i.e. if there is a USB-C connector in the car, you must use a USB-C to USB-A adapter and then a USB-A to USB-C cable. Incomprehensible.
I would probably rate the camera as such with five stars. I find the video quality good, the angle of view is good too. Controlling the camera, either via the app or on the camera itself (both touchscreen or buttons) is simple, intuitive. I like the possibility to download the necessary video directly to my phone. I haven't had a chance to test the G sensor yet. I'm not sure if it works at all - I 'tapped', or imitated, the camera several times at once and nothing happened. A small disadvantage for me is the possibility of tilting the camera only up and down. Once you glue it to the window, you can't move it sideways. You can't rely on radar warnings. Compared to Waze, it shows about 60% of the radar. I give another minus point for the fact that the audible warning of speeding (quite loud and annoying) is inaccurate in the sense that it does not take into account the highest permissible speed in a given place, but only the speed measured by the radar. Example - if the radar is 100m behind the sign at the beginning of the village and you are still braking from 90km/h before the sign, it will be beeping at you several hundred metres ahead until you reduce your speed below 50km/h. But the sound warning can be switched off, so I don't see a fundamental problem. I would also appreciate the possibility to buy a cable that could be connected to the fuse box for permanent power supply. This would eliminate the need to plug the charger into the 12V socket before each drive (the socket in the Octavia 3 is still alive. After removing the key from the ignition, the slide does not switch off. There is a risk of the battery running out if I forget to remove the charger).
