The camera rebooted shortly after the acquisition. Over time, the restarts increased. 2 times sent to the manufacturer for complaint, each time the complaint was rejected that the defect did not manifest itself. Eventually the camera just restarted and shut down a few times. For example. during the whole 850km trip to Germany, I didn't record a minute and disconnected and reconnected the camera about 20 times and it always shut down after a few restarts. I tried the fastest cards from sandisk e.g. a brand new Extreme for 128GB and nothing helped. So I complained through ALZA and again the claim was rejected, saying that the defect had not manifested itself. It may just be a defective piece, but the warranty service approach makes the dashcam an unusable commodity. Consider for yourself whether the purchase is worth it.

I've had the camera for a week and I'm going to return it. The speed readings are way off. I stopped at the traffic lights, stood there at the red light for 30 seconds and the camera showed me going 32-38km/h the whole time. The intersection was outside the development, there was no reason for the GPS to be wrong. On the approach to the bypass I accelerated to 80km/h and the camera continued merrily up to 120km/h. In this state it is unfortunately completely unusable as a possible evidence - a pity - if it wasn't for this key mistake I would be satisfied. The picture is great, and the magnetic mount, which I was most worried about before buying, turned out to be trouble-free.
