The chair came wrapped in different shades of foil (probably depending on what was in stock at the time). Parts often scratched or matching the appearance of already used (and recycled goods) (2/10).
The manufacturer's instructions are incorrect in several steps (but fortunately the assembly is very simple) (3/10).
Cannot adjust the lumbar support (cannot adjust the height of adjustment, width of adjustment, only the "tilt" of the whole system) (0/10).
The seat is shorter due to the "lumbar support" (may not suit everyone), but mainly uncomfortable (even though it is a fabric seat - not mesh) (2/10).
Neither the inclination of the chair ("laying") nor the tilt of the "seat" (0/10) can be adjusted.
