Turn it off when listening - it only makes it worse. It helps with close-ups. Free minutes can be increased through various actions. For example, you will get extra minutes for the questionnaire. You can also insert recordings from elsewhere into the app - it will process them the same way. He's learning and getting better with each record. If you had poor results. I recommend checking the microphone sensitivity. At long distances it is necessary to raise it and the range improves significantly, but of course the noise increases, at close range on the contrary, reduce it and do not speak directly. I haven't tried recording calls.
