I looked up the VESA spacing for my TV. I wanted it ready. It's a 77-inch screen and you can't even get to the arms to click them into place so the TV doesn't fall off. You just can't get your hand in there, and that was even without the spacers. I then put them on, but it's still those latches. I suppose it doesn't matter, the mount holds even without the latches engaged.
