Unfortunately, a massive disappointment and I definitely do not recommend this product any more.
After a short time of use, the clean water tank cracked. The claim was resolved on 2/6/2026 by replacing the tank with a new one. Unfortunately, approximately one week after the claim, the new tank also cracked. The crack runs from the top edge to about halfway down the tank. It wasn't even a big fall – the tank just tipped over in the bathtub. For comparison, the dirty water tank actually fell and nothing happened to it at all.
I temporarily fixed the second crack with some carpet tape. It helped for a while, but the crack gradually got bigger and water started to leak through.
During the next cleaning on 9/8, another problem came up. After a while, the appliance tripped the circuit breaker/protector. After turning the electricity back on, I switched it on again and the same thing happened – three times in total. After that, I unplugged the machine and will no longer use it for safety reasons.
The result: two cracked clean water tanks, the second one cracking about a week after being replaced under warranty, and finally, it repeatedly trips the electrics.
For me, it's very poor quality and a huge disappointment. I don't want to go through another claim; I've completely lost faith in the product and it's ending up as e-waste. I would definitely not buy it again or recommend it.

Unfortunately, the clean water tank has cracked for the second time whilst being handled as normal. The first one was replaced under warranty; the second one cracked again after just a few uses. The dirty water tank survived even a fall, whilst the clean water tank cracked simply from being tipped over in the bath. The device itself works, but in my experience the quality of the plastic used for the tank is very poor. A big disappointment for me.
