Price-wise, it fits the Brita kettle exactly, unfortunately it has a slightly sour taste at the beginning even after soaking for 5 minutes as recommended in the instructions and then dripping and pouring, but it will soften. After about 2 more uses, it disappears completely. But it's nothing terrible, more like a little flavored water.
