I bought the pan with the expectation that I would buy something better quality for my induction that would heat up well and also not burn every meal. But after the first tests, I can't say I'm sure of my choice. I tried sautéing the meat on the pan with a smaller amount of oil, which would be enough for classic Teflon without any problems, and all the time everything was sticking to the pan and burning, when at times it even looked like the pan stopped frying and started to burn strongly. I found the power very difficult to regulate. The pan started to lift in the middle even when using medium power on the less powerful smaller disc, which fortunately did not leave any long-term effects on it. I'm also not entirely sure about the good heat distribution between the middle and the edges, I tried a large plate for this and the result didn't improve much. I plan to try the pan one more time and if it doesn't work out, I will return it and purchase a cheaper and more functional product.
