A brilliant piece of kit; in my opinion, it has no real competition
A tried-and-tested product; after about ten years, something in the control unit stopped working, and as it can now be bought for about half the price it used to cost, I didn’t hesitate to buy another one. The only change I noticed was the absence of that annoying, bright LED when switching it on, which was a sensible decision on the manufacturer’s part.

I bought the Logitech Z906 with the expectation of a solid 5.1 to PC.
Unfortunately I have a very bad experience and I want to warn others: The first piece was defective right out of the box - the system would not turn on at all. Returned immediately. The second piece after about a month started doing the exact same problem.
Sometimes the control panel wouldn't start, the system didn't respond, I had to take out the power and disconnect all the cables before it caught.
Behaving like a faulty electronics/control unit in the subwoofer. Another problem: spontaneous blending of the posterior canals into the anterior canals.
The channel test in Windows, sound card and driver was perfect.
But when playing videos or games in real life, the rear channels appeared in front.
Tested for 4 hours with a technician - PC, setup and cables are faultless.
The error must be in the amplifier or DSP of the Z906. For a lineup at this price, this is unacceptable to me.
I will be forced to use the instant exchange service
Wall mounting for the speakers is completely missing and can only be found from the manufacturer
