I tested these all at once: the Port Connect Ergonomic Trackball, the Kensington ProFit Ergo TB550, and the Logitech M575s. I ended up keeping the most expensive one, the Port Connect Ergonomic Trackball. With the Kensington, I wasn't sure about the plastic and how it felt in my palm, but the trackball itself was very high quality. I liked the design and the plastic of the cheaper Logitech. Its tilt isn't as "ergonomic" and the trackball isn't as sensitive (fast) as the more expensive trackball mice. Its biggest drawback was how easily my finger would catch the right mouse button, causing an unwanted click.
