I have an 8-year-old private label. I wanted to restore it for a better one. Anyway, this is a mess. It's completely wiped out. The wheels are worse than terrible. Only 2 side shoulder grips and still only such pieces of plastic. The straps are skipping and not holding their position. It is not made of two parts, so transport is almost impossible - a large plate. Overall it is very unstable and looks like a cheap Chinese imitation. I definitely wouldn't put the Leifheit brand on it. This is money wasted!

I bought the product based on my experience with a similar three-story tower 20 years ago, but apparently it was from a different brand. Mine is stable, more solid, the wing is held by a small hook only by the last line, and it folds much better (all wings only into 2 "walls". This tower has a weird center so it folds into 3 "walls" (folded it takes up a bit more space), it has unnecessarily giant hooks to support the wings so it holds two lines which then aren't as usable (just for small laundry), overall it is very unstable even for the height if you only want to use half of it, the wheels are smaller than my original tower. All this was probably forgiven, but what I will not forgive is the crappy packaging from the supplier, when the goods were just covered with foil, it was torn and as a result of rough handling the dryer is significantly scratched in several places. I feel like I'm buying third-rate goods. I don't know if it's the supplier or the product, the goods were picked up in person at the branch. Since it was pretty cheap, I didn't want to return it. Anyway, bottom line, this product cannot compare to my 20 year old tower, it is far inferior in every way. All the more surprising that it was not from China, but from France. As if it might be better from China next time.

Each wing (all 8) is unnecessarily held by 2 lines, so you can't hang bigger things on the last and penultimate line
Only 2 "beaks" for hanging the hangers are supplied, while there could easily be 4, plus they can only be deployed using a lot of force
The wings are quite difficult to put on the "holder" and take off, they have to be a bit more forceful because of the 2 line hold
This system takes some learning to get to grips with, it's a bit of a disadvantage at first for hanging laundry because there's always a pole in the middle in front of you. but in a few cycles, it's fine.
