Make no mistake, our grandchildren (6+, 3+) spend a significant amount of time handling the cargo while the other parts of the train have to keep moving.
It would be good not to use batteries (6x AAA loco and 4x AAA remote control) but a rechargeable battery. Changing the batteries means dismantling the locomotive about every other day.
