It was the first time in forty years that I had to deal with a manufacturer about a defect on a set. The stickers were damaged by printing ink. However, apart from the need for communication, I still rate it 100% (10/10) because the set fulfilled the enthusiasm of the whole family for building and then playing, carrying, loading and so on. My son was thrilled that the set included a fish to lure the dog away, or binoculars for the police. What it could be is a one-piece building pad, which I think was done before. The replacement stickers were sent to me directly from the company within a week.
