Compared to other ultrasonic devices, it fills a bit differently and to generate an adequate amount of steam, you need to have a medicine cup in there, even if you only have Vincent and put plain water down to the level of the "red line" (you can't get steam from that, it seems to me more like a transfer medium), but at the same time you can't have too much bottom water, that doesn't work properly either.

Finally returned and bought an Omron C28P compressor it's a blast! Not so noisy, long flexible nozzle, sufficient amount of aerosol. Total satisfaction!
