Because of the "blowing" of the ground coffee into the hopper from the side rather than from the top, the coffee is all over the place when the hopper is pulled out. The rotation speed of the stones is high and affects the taste of the coffee. Also, removing the lid from the ground coffee tray is messy - there's enough coffee stuck on it (see the ground coffee input to the tray) so it grabs around again. For me a very unsuitable grinder - unfortunately for me.
