I guess I was one of the first people to buy this backpack, and I've paid the price for it. If I didn't need it tomorrow, I'd return it. I'm mainly disappointed about the USB port that's mentioned but doesn't physically exist. The backpack is beautiful, but this has let me down. I would have chosen a different one if I had known. What's more, the PDF manual only contains instructions on how to connect Find My. But there's nothing anywhere about how to set my own code on the lock or how to charge the Find My device.
