I don't understand the design. I almost dropped the top cup a couple of times. It has to be fitted precisely with a rubber band to hold it. It's made of very fragile plastic that resembles disposable cups and glass that is too heavy. It doesn't look very good without the top cup again. Returned.

I'm happy with the KeepCup brand, I have my third coffee mug from them and I can't get enough of it, so I purchased the cold beverage mug without hesitation. I am rather disappointed though, the double bottom is useless. I only use the "inner" glass cup, the outer plastic one is just lying around at home unnecessarily. I didn't understand its purpose. In addition, when I take off the outer plastic cup, the silicone ring that makes the nice KeepCup design doesn't stick to the glass one. If I leave the cups contained, it's unstable and water runs into the space in between when I refill. It could have been handled better. It's a shame.
