when it works, it does what it's supposed to do
I purchased 22.1.25 and now the third complaint. A complete disaster. First it started leaking water-Karcher repair. Then it stopped working altogether - Karcher repair. Now 23.6 I took over from the repair and wanted to test. And lo and behold. It won't turn on at all. I'm sending it in for a complaint again. I don't understand.! In addition, Alza always sends to Karcher service. who has 30 days to fix it. A product that is more in the shop than at home you really don't want.

excellent steam cleaner, lightweight, easy to use, quick to load, has a lot of different settings, steam is sufficient, it is exactly what I needed, can be refilled during cleaning
no minus so far

I've had to complain twice in a year. One time, water started leaking out of the bottom of it, the second time the gun burst. but otherwise it's good
