After 2 months after purchase, the earpiece just left, Alza replaced them with new ones without any problems. On the new ones, the left one came off after 1.5 months of use and Alza won't warranty them anymore. I would give the headphones 4 stars if they were reliable, but they are not, so I give them 2 stars. It is because of that reliability, respectively. unreliability ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
