I kind of don't understand where people get the idea that ANC is decent on this model. on the contrary, it is quite strongly below average, more filtered out by the headphones themselves than by the ANC. the damping is at the level of slightly above average earplugs. Really a huge disappointment compared to the reviews.
But if you want headphones that you can fall asleep with and don't want "better earplugs" like me, they might not be a bad choice at all.

I got them as sleep headphones instead of the already dysfunctional Bose sleepbuds and Amazefit Zen. I was surprised that ANC is quite functional at this price level. The headphones are small for music headphones but still big for sleeping headphones. You can lay on your side with them on, but it's not for long against the Bose, the Amazefit are big and squishy. Sound is a subjective matter and I'm probably already very spoiled by expensive headphones, but here I miss everything musically.
