The picture in the product description is lying. The rails do not have ball bearings, but some kind of sliding plastic plugs which are not caught in the groove but in pairs on the centre of the rail. This allows them to move around and, when retracting the server, there is a risk that the glides bolted to the chassis (they have quite sharp edges due to the quality of the workmanship) will catch on each individual plug and break it off, which I unfortunately only found out when I did. I'd return them if I could.

Absolute rubbish and a waste of money
They do not have alley bearings, the picture in the product description is not true.
Supposedly for 2-4U but given the weight of the server which will have 3 or 4U I would not use them for anything bigger than a small 1 maybe 2U chassis but still they must not be too heavy.
