cable management looks more amateurish than the performance of someone who does it professionally
when transporting when the pc is put into the protection against the movement of the components, the technician put too much there and the CPU cooler is a little dropped down (when unpacking the pc dropped down a lot due to the fact that he put too much of the mass up but after a few days it is not so bad but still noticeable but I do not know if it affects the cooling itself)

M.2 SSD cover is loose/tightened so at higher fan speeds you can hear rattling which is very annoying (for a PC costing 15-20 thousand I wouldn't bother but for a PC costing 60 thousand crowns it bothers me)
RGB backlighting of the CPU cooler for a change doesn't work AT ALL (and again for a pc for 20k I don't deal with it but for a pc for 60k I think everything I paid for should work)
control of rgb backlighting of case fans is wrong or not connected at all so they can't be controlled by external software, but at least they are lit and can be controlled by dedicated button on the case (again for pc for 20k I wouldn't bother but for pc for 60k it bothers me)
the technician was either lazy or inexperienced

I am extremely satisfied with the service. I ordered before Christmas and they still made it in about a week. Cable management in the PC neat, everything fits as it should and I was pleased that the inside of the case was lined (to prevent movement of components). I had planned to install my HDD from an older PC and here, when ordering the service, I missed the opportunity to leave a message for the technician to prepare the power cable so that I would not have to unravel the neat little ball. I finally solved it by contacting tech support and it worked, but I would have welcomed this option directly in the order (if the option is already there, I apologize).
