A total disappointment - GO 3S simply DOES NOT do something that GO 2 had! If you're thinking of buying the GO 3S, immediately forget about keyframes in FreeFrame mode, a feature that the GO 2 already had and which I find to be an absolute staple when making videos. GO 3S does not have this feature at all and that is a complete FAIL in my opinion. I bought both cameras at the same time (GO 3 and GO 3S) and wanted to keep the better model. I expected the GO 3S to be clearly better due to the higher resolution and performance. But the reality is that GO 3S doesn't actually do what I was comfortable with on the older version - adding keyframes, which I miss when working with video. What really annoys me is the fact that this change is not communicated anywhere by Insta360. You buy a more expensive model and find that you're missing one of the most basic features that was in the previous version. If it was written in the description, I would never have gone for the GO 3S. This is simply unacceptable! If you are deciding between these two models, really think about what you expect from the camera. GO 3S is a disappointment, either because of the lack of keyframes or because Insta360 is silent about it and doesn't communicate it in any way.
