I feel like this is a bad joke. The rather complicated pairing with the M3B alarm could still be survived. However, the fact that the keypad communicates with the alarm apparently only one-way makes it completely unusable. The keypad will not know if you activate or deactivate the alarm in any other way (key fob, phone, SMS, on the alarm). So it's still showing the original status. In addition, if, for example, the alarm activation from the keypad does not take place for some reason, it also does not know. The keypad lights up "System armed", but in reality the alarm may not be on at all.
It is basically unusable with the M3B alarm (I have no experience with any other type)
