Appalling sound. Online reviews weren't lying. Don't buy if you already have experience with good headphones. I've been gaming with Cloud IIs for x years, so I thought the IIIs would logically be a lot better. On the contrary. Returning them and I'd rather pay extra for the good old version

I've had the headphones for over a year and I'm relatively happy with them. However, what happens very often, and to others in my close circle too, is that after a while, the sound in the right earbud starts cutting out, and you have to fiddle around with the volume wheel to get it working. If it weren't for this defect, I'd be completely satisfied. The sound is good, the microphone has decent audio, so it serves as a good backup, and they don't cause any discomfort like my previous HyperX Cloud II did.

Sound and microphone are great
After 2 days, the cable was completely tangled up in itself. I would rather go for a product that's a few hundred crowns more expensive.

if you are not a fan of competetive or hardcore pvp games then you will be alright. But if you know you will play games like CS, tarkov, valorant then avoid these at all cost.
great for casual use like casual gaming and watching videos/movies
generally good audio quality
terrible for gaming. if you are going to play some hardcore shooter where you need to pay attention to audio like gunshots/footsteps these are not for you.
aside from left/right it is imposible to tell exact direction. if enemy is either on your second Hour or fifth Hour you only know that he is on your right nothing more

More comfortable than the Cloud II.
Solid construction
Connection variability
Awful sound for gaming. For competitive games where sound is one of the most important aspects (footsteps, interactions, gunshot sounds), this headset is a bad choice.
Shorter mic than the Cloud II
Even their app doesn't help fix the sound.

High-quality sound and bass
The microphone has a clean sound
I'm worried I'll break the jack for the headphones every time I unplug it from the headset.

I don't know what to write. I'm just enjoying a much higher quality listening experience with the headphones than without them.
Excellent for listening to music and spoken word (I don't use them for games) from both my laptop and phone.
microphone works fine
The ambient noise isn't particularly well dampened when listening.
