When ordering, pay attention to the power consumption of your computer. For me, the one that has a 65 W power supply (Dell Latitude) accepted the hub without a single problem and all slots worked without any problems. Even the charging worked flawlessly. But graphically Asus with 200 W power supply showed one error after another. Screen expansion, battery charging, 2 external hard drives not recognized, etc. Mouse and keyboard control often froze. Actually, only the connection to the network worked. Nevertheless, I give 5 stars, it is a successful product for office computers with low power consumption. An external power supply (sold separately) is not necessary, but without it you will not have all the good features of this hub that you paid for.
Everything works perfectly on the first wiring.
Do not buy a computer with a power consumption higher than 65 W.
