The first month after purchase worked without problems, but since December constantly these problems. Biggest piece of crap I've ever seen in my life. Unfortunately, we had to buy a replacement cartridge in the process because it eats ink like a leak. The starter inks were barely enough for 40 pages of regular text. Really crappy.
